It annoys me how everytime someone posts a question asking about a type of piercing, there are always those people who comment, saying something along the lines of, “Piercings are disgusting.” or “How are you going to handle that 10 years from now?”
Are you aware that not all, if any, piercings are permenant? You can take them out whenever and simply let the hole close. Or about the scar issue- It’s called make-up, or investing in some “scar remover” invention that probably costs less than the piercing itself.
Honestly, I’d love to know what people have against piercings. It’s body modification, and really, doesn’t concern anyone else except the person getting pierced.
What’s your opinions on this subject?
And yes, I am aware many other people have their own opinions on piercings that aren’t always going to be the same as mine.
I’d just love to know why someone would critisize someone else just for trying to show their individuality. Just because billions of people have the same piercing, doesn’t mean they all did it for the same reason.

well my opinion on piercings is that a lot of them are butt ugly. most face piercings I could do without.
BUT nipple piercings are awesome. I think they look so cool. All girls considering getting some kind of piercings should leave their face alone and just do their boobies. that’s hot.

When I got my tongue pierced, my mother cried, thinking it meant she was a failure as a parent. What she and others who judge me based on it don’t think of nor realize, is that I can take it out whenever I so choose or need to.
