No, that cream is not reliable, it will not work, and could cause damage

Moles need to be dealt with professionally, if not, it may cause harm.

You have 2 possibilities:
- Having it removed surgically by a razor, or a sharp blade. This will not hurt, you will have local anasthetic but you may have a small scar

- Having it removed by laser. This is doesn’t leave a scar

Google the laser one, it is expensive though
