Hello, I suffer from acne scarring on my cheeks. I consulted with Dr. Misbah Khan from Sadick Dermatology here in nyc, she explained to me that she will give me a fraxel restore treatment for my acne scars and that I should expect a 60% improvement “as soon as I get the treatment” She charged me $ 5,000.00 for 1 treatment. Its been over a month and I haven’t seen not even a 5% improvement on my skin. I want to make a complaint because I’m sick of going to these doctors and they make false promises while taking thousands of hard earned dollers from me. I want to know what I can do about this? After the treatment was payed for and done, now she’s given me a hard time and saying that I should wait and”see” what will happen. But she NEVER stated that in our ibnitial consult. Someone please help me. There must be something that I can do.
